Dry, Peeling or Cracked Lips

Ever have dry, peeling or cracked lips?
And you find yourself applying lip balm repeatedly, or even drinking more water, hoping to repair those smackers from the inside?
If that’s not working and the dryness and cracking is persisting, consider using supplements to fix it once and for all:
1. Take Super C! Or Super C Chewable
Vitamin C is awesome for skin health! Here’s some excerpts from the internet on how it helps:
“The antioxidant properties of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and its role in collagen synthesis make vitamin C a vital molecule for skin health. Dietary and topical ascorbic acid have beneficial effects on skin cells, and some studies have shown that vitamin C may help prevent and treat ultraviolet (UV)-induced photodamage.” – Oregon State University
“Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is required for the synthesis of collagen. It is also a highly effective antioxidant protecting cells from damage by free radicals. Studies have shown that the vitamin can help speed the healing process of wounds.” – WebMD
2. And Sulfurzyme or Sulfurzyme Powder
Sulfurzyme is awesome for anything with muscles, bones, cellular renewal, hair, nails and skin health. Sulfur is actually a micro nutrient but quite often our bodies may need more than what we can consume from food sources.
If you despair that your lip balm isn’t moisturising or restorative enough, try the YL Lavender Lip Balm! For a more hydrating option, try the Grapefruit version.
May we all have healthy luscious lip smackers!
