PRACTISING GRATITUDE WITH OUR KIDS
This has become a daily routine with me and Juvia and I think that in our world where it can be overwhelming and fast paced with a focus on do do do, this is a nice way to slow down and really give thanks.
It’s also an interesting way to explore how my kiddos’ minds work such as when Juvia go, “I am grateful I have so many friends.” So this is where mama ask her, “Ooh are they good friends? What do you like about them?”
Steps in the second graphic and if you don’t have Gratitude, choose the oil that you and your kid love. Mala beads, while nice to have, can be substituted for something else… like fingers.
