Best ways to take supplements


Taking supplements for your wellness? But what can you do when you have many to take and feel OVERWHELMED?
Supplements are great for boosting our vitality and supporting us in various ways that food might fall short of. But when we realised that so many are desirable, how can we still take them, reap the benefits and not feel sick of popping capsules every day?
My answer is to split them into 2 groups. One group for daily consumption. Supplements that support our overall health and digestion can fall into this category. For eg, your enzymes, probiotics and yes my favourite RED DRINK Ningxia Red.
There are also supps that belong to TARGETED SUPPORT. You can choose to take these in on and off cycles. For eg, weekdays on and weekends off. Or on an alternate week basis.
The most important thing is to listen to your body and observe how the results have been. Then tweak accordingly. 🙂
