TIRED OF SOUNDING LIKE A STUCK PIG? (WHEE WHEE WHEE)
Here’s some hacks to help you to breathe well especially when you wake up in the morning and sound all bunged up or during times of air pollution:
1. Roller blend for applying on your sinus points on face:
7 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Ravintsara, 4 drop Lavender, 4 drops Goldenrod, plus V6 or a carrier oil
2. Diffuse Lavender at night or apply it on sinus points on face
3. Feeling especially clogged up especially when its so bad that you feel it to the back of the skull? Then try loads of Idaho Blue Spruce or Eucalyptus Radiata to loosen it up! Dilute if you feel uncomfortable.
