Essential oils help facilitate emotions… and grief is held in the lungs. Gary Young always said, it’s the lower lobes of the lungs most people don’t clear out with breathing (so few of us know how to actually breathe). Oils that are good for breathing will help clear the lungs, including all of the residual emotion.
How do you know if you are taking good deep breaths? Many of us do shallow breaths, even more so during stress and anxiety. A good indication of a deep breath is that your belly expands as you breathe in. Babies actually take deep breaths!
Deep breathing exercises such as the yoga “saw pose” is excellent to “wring out the lungs” while inhaling Young Living oils like any Eucalyptus, RC, Raven, Balsam Fir, Dorado Azul, Peppermint.

Another nice tip is to diffuse Dream Catcher at night for wonderful sleep and wonderful dreams. It helps kids too if they have night terrors.
