Have An Inner Wellness Retreat with Sacred Mountain

This is a great blend for those who want to feel safe, protected and grounded. Honestly I used to dislike Sacred Mountain because I would feel unsettled when I used it. It was only after a major breakthrough in a retreat where I cleared some emotional blocks that SM feels nurturing and protective to me. I’ve loved how our oils serve as an emotional barometer at where we are at.

Spruce grounds the body, creating the balance and the opening necessary to receive and to give. It also helps one release emotional blocks. It was used by the Lakota Indians to enhance their communication with the Great Spirit.

Ylang Ylang may help balance the male-female energies so one can move closer towards being in spiritual attunement and be able to focus their thoughts, filtering out the ever-present garbage. It brings back feelings of self-love, confidence, joy, and peace.

Fir may help create a feeling of grounding, anchoring and empowerment.

Cedarwood was used traditionally by the North American Indians to enhance their potential for spiritual communication. It may help open the pineal gland.
