It contains Juniper (nourishes the kidneys. Kidneys store Jing which is the vital substance to form the building block of physical vitality ), Peppermint, Cardamom (both excite the energies), Frankincense (connecting to higher source), Lemongrass (uplifting and stimulating), Basil (creates clarity of mind), Ginger and Cinnamon bark (both stimulate the solar plexus chakra – a source of personal power)
