Here’s what each oil in Transformation does:

Lemon. Lemon is crisp, clear and it helps us to really dial in. Think about the crisp, clear, bam! Get your attention – Lemon.

Peppermint – we all know that’s literally a mental energizer.

Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood that works with the limbic system in the brain. And so that helps us to access deep inner wisdom.

Clary Sage – the name comes from the Native Americans. It means Clear Vision or Clear Sight. That’s what it means when translated to. So do you mean sight as I can see better? Or vision – as in quest? My answer would be yes. It’s all about having the clear, laser, focused vision.

Sacred Frankincense – is an amazing oil because it has the ability to literally, upon inhalation, Dr. Paul and I did extensive research on this oil. Those of you who don’t know Gary. Gary spent over 20 years working with the Omani government. Do you know the boswellia sacra / sacred frankincense was never allowed out of the country since the birth of Jesus Christ. Never allowed out of the country. Gary spent over 20 years building a relationship with the royal family of Oman. Finally in connecting with Dr. Mahmood Suhail, continuing to deepen the relationship and create respect and honour. First time ever. Ever in 2000 years, they released 2 litres of boswellia sacra / sacred frankincense out of Oman. One leader was sent to Young Living, the lab for Mark and Gary. And then Gary commissioned the 2nd leader to be sent to me  – that so that Dr. Paul and I could do extensive research on the brain with sacred frankincense.

And I’d love to be able to do a full disclosure on what we discovered in that research study. But one of the cool things about it is what we noted. Is that instantaneously upon inhalation, the noise in the brain shifted. The noise in the brain shifted.  What it did immediately, upon inhalation, it shifted the brain wave patterns  – just by inhaling or topical application. It didn’t matter. From a very very loud, ticking noisy distracted brainwave pattern to a calm brainwave pattern. And continuing to inhale it  – it shifted to creative problem solving. So there was a brain wave pattern that showed up by just inhaling. The longer you inhaled it, those molecules worked with us in such a way where they created an environment of optimal brain function.

Idaho Blue Spruce. It’s a sacred tree of the Lakota, the north North American Native Americans. Do you know that the Native Americans used to chew, during the Depression, the needles of the Blue Spruce oil to get enough vitamin C’s so that they didn’t get scurvy during the Depression. So the Blue Spruce oil is one of the most powerful oils to really help energetically to help the brain feel very level and an energetic level.

I want to talk a little bit about Cardamom. There are a couple of oils that have Cardamom. Clarity is one and Transformation is another. One of the things, and you notice they both helped work with the brain. If you get a headache and Gary noted in his research in the clinic, when you’re using any Blends or single oil of Cardamom  – that is a clear indication that you have heavy metals in your brain. So that’s something of a fun fact.

Cardamom and Ocotea are two of the most powerful aspects to help us with how we can think better. That’s the best way I can say it and stay compliant.

Let’s go to Palo Santo. Palo Santo is the South American frankincense. A lot of commonalities. The shamans used a lot of Palo Santo for clearing and for what people would call vision-casting.

Say you have something that you know, it’s time to shift to transform; to release and lift up. To up level. Say that, you’ve been stuck; whatever it is, whether it’s a relationship, a financial situation, emotional situation, a job situation. Whatever it is that you’re stuck at a lower level. And everything in you is calling and pushing you forward to say. “This is where we’re at? I’m frustrated. It’s not happening fast enough. I don’t know how to get from here to here where I know it’s where I belong because I can feel it in me. I can feel it calling to me. I can feel it pulling me in that direction. I can feel it. I just don’t know how to get from here to here.” Start using Transformation oil.

Put it on your heart. Put it on your adrenal glands, on the bottom of your feet. Inhale. Put it right here on the top of your head. This is one the best oil to put on the top of your head and under your big toe. And if you feel like you’re just stuck in this funky place, just apply on your belly button. And I want you to put yourself  – in a loud frustration that’s in you to change into motivation. Frustration is motivation that is being held down. That’s all it is. Frustration is that you are highly motivated to have something different in your life, but there’s something   -whether it’s a belief or circumstance – whatever that’s holding you down, pushing you down.

So allow the Transformation oil by breathing it in to take the cap off (take the hold off you). But you have to be mindful. That’s Gary putting the focusing oil in here. You have to focus it. Because you cannot just let energy like that go boom all over. It will be a mess. It will be all over the place and scattered. It’s not going to get you where you choose to go. So what you want to do, literally, is when that cap comes off – you have a clear plan.

So you hold in your vision you hold it in your vision. Feel it in every cell of your being. You hold it there. And if you can run the diffuser, run this oil too. I have got a whole bunch of crazy problems coming in an email and on the phone. Guess what oil I put in the diffuser? Transformation! This oil goes into the diffuser cuz I’m like – I am going to transform this energy. I cannot have the whole day like this. This is not going to work.

Or if I wake up after having some pretty tough dreams at night. This is the first oil I put on the bottom of my feet. How I am feeling is not going to serve me to get me where I need to go today and get me the things done at the level I know is going to serve me and everyone else. I can’t stay down here in this icky muck stuck in my face. I am going to pull Transformation out and I don’t even have my jammies off. Transformation on the bottom of my feet and I’m like, okay, I am the captain of my ship. I determine how it’s going to go. Now – can I determine what comes at me? No. Can I determine issues other people do and it comes at me? No, I can’t control that.

But I can control how I respond. I can control how I transform the energy. I can control the outcome that I choose to have with what is at hand. This oil  – Transformation Oil helps you to redirect energy that is coming at you. You are all in that whole part of the world where martial arts are just so prominent. What does Tai Chi do? Tai chi doesn’t push against. She takes it, Uses it. And then re-directs it. That’s what Tai Chi does. That’s what this is – Tai Chi in a bottle. This is the best way for me to describe and I hope you understand it.
