Have been teaching Neuro Auricular Technique daily with one more to go for tomorrow night. I’ve found NAT to be wonderful for stress, anxiety, depression and all sorts of neurological conditions. Plus it’s great for emotional regulation and stress relief too.

In my session, I talk about the body + brain connection, how our vagus nerve plays a part in regulating our health, stress and our key body systems. Heck, even our ears can be the key to unlock the different systems and innate wisdom within.
Oils that go well with NAT would be those that are high in sesquiterpenes and support our brains such as Frankincense, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Brain Power and Melissa. You can also choose oils that are grounding and wonderful for emotions too.
At the end of the day, what brings me deep satisfaction and joy is bringing hope to others. Having others see that there are a lot more choices than they can ever imagine.
